So much of our quality of life comes from being and feeling well, and much of that comes from how we live our lives…in other words, our lifestyle. The best thing about that, is WE are primarily in control of it. THAT IS EMPOWERING.
It takes effort and energy of course.
That is the challenge for many of us.
Through a decade plus of health coaching and facilitating wellness programs, I have been able to significantly impact the health and wellbeing of many, many individuals.
Sometimes, the support and guidance from an experienced health coach may be what is needed to stress less, sleep better, have a better relationship with food, better understand your medical diagnosis and manage it more effectively, or whatever it is YOU are truly wanting in YOUR life now.

My coaching strategy is all about working together to support YOU with your wellness goals. We will start where you are now, create a plan, and work together as a team to help you attain the wellness you are seeking. It sounds simple. It can be, but often it entails digging deeper…exploring not only the how I got to where I am, but also the why. This can be a bit muddy, but also is where the breakthroughs occur, where the aha moments happen, and progress comes about.
For instance, your goal to lose weight may stem from a desire to boost your energy levels, ease joint stress, and improve your overall well-being. However, this challenge may be fueled by stress and a shortage of time. We will address those life challenges together through various strategies…maybe meditation, journaling, getting outdoors more, sleeping better, meal planning, and so much more.
